Jr. Field Process Technician
For our Broken Arrow (Tulsa County) subsidiary, we are looking to fill the following position at the earliest opportunity:
What you can expect.
Support machine installations, troubleshooting, and process optimization at customer sites and in-house.
Prepare, conduct, and evaluate laboratory trials and technical demonstrations for customers.
Assist with experimental test setups, process development, and material testing in dispensing technology.
Contribute to customer satisfaction and innovation in high-precision dispensing systems.
Collaborate closely with internal teams and global colleagues to solve technical challenges.
What we are looking for.
Qualification:
Associate degree or technical diploma in Process Technology, Engineering Technology, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field (Bachelor’s degree a plus).
Work experience:
1–2 years of experience (internships, apprenticeships, or similar roles) in a technical field is preferred.
Professional know-how:
Basic understanding of technical drawings and wiring schematics.
Strong interest in hands-on work with industrial machinery and automation systems.
Language skills:
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
Additional requirements:
Willingness to travel nationally and internationally (30%–60% travel expected).
Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn
Exposure to PLCs, automation, or dispensing systems is a plus.
Experience working in a lab, workshop, or service environment is a plus.
