Once again this year, bdtronic is foregoing Christmas presents and instead donating the money to various institutions within the city limits. This year, bdtronic is splitting the amount to distribute 700 euros to each of the three kindergartens. The Catholic kindergarten St. Franziskus, the Protestant kindergarten "Fürstin Margarita" and the Schatzinsel daycare center including the Eulennest branch are delighted with the donation. The total donation amount of 2100 euros is expected to be used for new play equipment.
"This year, we supported the kindergartens and the money will therefore benefit the youngest citizens of the city." As one of the largest employers, the hidden champion attaches great importance to the future prospects and investment in the location. bdtronic has grown by more than 100 employees in the last year to around 580 employees worldwide - a large part of them also in Weikersheim. Outside the city limits, bdtronic is known for its process solutions that advance the mobility of the future and the manufacture of batteries, sensors and motors.
