Fast series production

The B8300 is considered the fastest impregnation system in the world and is specially designed for series production in the automotive industry. The impregnation system is suitable for hairpin/S-winding of stators and rotors, whereby trickle or roller dip impregnation processes are possible. As an impregnation system manufacturer, we place great emphasis on high-quality and consistent impregnation results with high quantities. Complete process monitoring, hot air technology and constant component rotation guarantee high process stability. The compact machine delivers clean, safe and reliable impregnation results.

About B8300

Flexible production of large quantities

The B8100 impregnation system is designed so that different stators or rotors can be impregnated with the same machine. The modular design of the B8100 offers great product variability and delivers consistent, high-quality results even with large quantities. The flexibility of these impregnation systems is also demonstrated by the fact that both the trickle and roller dip impregnation processes can be used. Process monitoring ensures clean, safe and smooth workflows. Thanks to the trolley-based component transport system, the parts can be inclined in both directions.

Small and medium production volumes

bdtronic not only offers impregnation systems optimized for large car manufacturers, but also serves the smaller market.

The B8650, for example, is a smaller system that is suitable for small to medium production volumes. Up to four components can be processed simultaneously. The compact impregnation system can be integrated into the production process to save space. The B8650 provides you with a space-saving concept at an attractive price.

bdtronic offers a wide range of equipment that can achieve everything from single or small to medium and high production volumes.

bdtronic built its first impregnation systems for automotive manufacturers and suppliers for the European and Asian markets as early as 2008. With a cycle time of 45 seconds per electric motor and an annual output of 500,000 units, the world's largest and fastest impregnation plant was delivered to an electric car manufacturer from the USA and put into operation in 2017.  This plant won the Global Award in the "Product of the Year" category at CWIEME Berlin, the industry's leading trade fair for e-mobility. Since then, several high-volume machines have been delivered to TIER1 automotive suppliers and car manufacturers. In the process, the process steps have been continuously developed and improved. 

An important requirement of the automotive industry for series production is continuous process monitoring and traceability of all process steps. This ensures that the highest quality requirements can be met even with high production volumes.
