The fully automatic material preparation systems enable conveying, degassing (under vacuum), recirculation, temperature control and filling of the metering material without any interruption in production. All work steps are carried out simultaneously. The mini-MPS and MPS material preparation units enable bubble-free potting. Optionally, they have a container agitator and are a closed system in which material recirculation and material evacuation take place. The mini-MPS and MPS are available as 1K and 2K material preparation systems.

The mini-MPS and MPS can be extended by a dosing unit, a control system and a material tempering system. Furthermore, material refill systems can be upgraded. Thanks to the modular expansion options, the material preparation system can not only be integrated into existing systems, but can also be adapted to individual requirements.

Transfer station for material conveying of potting material from delivery containers

The transfer station is suitable for use in conveying the dispensing material from delivery containers ranging from 200l drums to 1000l IBC tanks for material preparation of the dispensing system. The transfer station is a complete unit for refilling the material preparation tanks including an automatic pumping system with an easy drum change and is optionally equipped with an agitator, a collecting tray as well as an operator-safe lifting device and a drip guard.

The delivery container is placed on the transfer station. Refilling of the material preparation container is ensured by an automatic pumping system. The transfer station is optionally available with pump, operator safe lifting device for the agitator and drip protection. The transfer station is always supplied with a collecting tray.

The dispensing process Sealing is an effective method of protecting components from external influences by creating a barrier.

Optimal protection for electronic components is provided by the dispensing process potting under atmosphere or under vacuum.
