Fully automatic dispensing in perfection
Our fully automatic machines are suitable for fully automated series production for various dispensing applications. Automation concepts such as rotary indexing tables, sliding carriage or integrated conveyor belts are available. The fully automatic machine solutions are available in different sizes and working ranges.
They can be used for processing 1C, static or dynamic dispensing materials to be mixed. All components for process monitoring and standardized interfaces are available.
The fully automated dispensing systems are equipped with the smartCORE intelligent dispensing system, which ensures maximum process reliability and quality with automated functionalities. The shortest possible cycle times are achieved with the optional functionality speedUP for speed-dependent dispensing.
